Leslie Fiur
Leslie H. Fiur has been involved in the South Florida real estate market for more than 20 years. With an MBA from the University of Miami, Leslie offers particular expertise with leasing and investment properties. When you think of real estate, your first thought should be that you need Leslie Fiur and his team on your side. Leslie has been a real estate broker in Florida since 1987.
J. Ladd Howell
For more than sixteen years, Ladd has been involved with developing
office villas and office condominiums for businesses that are tired of
leasing property. The jewel in his crown is Villaggio in the Lakes, two
three-story buildings scheduled to open in January 2007. A consummate believer in civic duty, Ladd is currently the Vice-President of the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce Executive Board. He is the former president of the Coral Gables (FL) Board of Realtors, and former vice president of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. Ladd has been a broker in South Florida since 1974.
Richard Kirsh
Buffalo native Richard Kirsh specializes in seeking investment properties to meet the needs of clients of The Fiur Organization. For more than twenty years, Richard has worked in the commercial/industrial sector of South Florida real estate. Richard avidly researches potential properties and presents only those truly worthy of your consideration.
Valerie Miranda
An employee of The Fiur Organization since 2001, Valerie Miranda deals primarily in property management and leasing. Valerie's responsibilities include cooperating broker agreements, vendor agreements, listing agreements, accounts payable and receivable.
Natalie Rawlings
Natalie Rawlings is The Fiur Organization's newest associate. Prior to starting her career in real estate with The Fiur Organization, she worked as an events planner and professional fundraiser. Her experience lends itself well to property management and marketing. Natalie is proud to have earned her real estate sales associate's license in 2005.
